August 2006 we entered once again into the carnival spirit, at Southend's 100th year celebrations of the carnival.  Many members of group spent the day building the float kindly loaned by Gilson's fishmongers.  Everyone although were tired after the days events, rallied around and dressed as characters from the last 100 years of entertainment. here are a few pictures of what went on.  Well done everyone who joined in.
